Hadar Galron's humorous and shockingly beautiful story takes place in a women's bath, in a mikveh. The mikve is a ritual bath where women are immersed once a month in order to be cleansed and to be able to be with their husbands. Women of different ages are the characters of the drama. They are bound by different religious rules, and having different family and social roles they are fighting for their rights, freedom and acceptance in a world dominated by men. The opening performance was directed by Michal Doĉekal, director of the National Theatre of Prague.
