This notice contains the principles of data management and data protection of the Hungarian Theatre of Cluj (hereinafter referred to as the Theatre).

The purpose of personal data management: the Theatre only handles the personal data that is absolutely necessary to provide its own services. The legal basis for personal data management: the voluntary personal information provided by the website visitors, and the Theatre’s fulfillment of its legal statutory obligations.

The Theater may use a third party's contribution to the processing of personal data, provided that the third party’s data management and data protection practices comply with the necessary legal requirements.

Duration of data processing: until the website’s visitor withdraws consent concerning the processing of personal data. With regards to the newsletter, the Theatre asks only the name and email addresses of its visitors, information that is absolutely necessary for providing the service.
