1990 - 2004      Dramaturg at the Hungarian Theatre of Cluj.
1992 - 1994      Lecturer at the Academy of Theatrical Arts, Târgu Mureş.
1993                Founder of Koinónia Publishing.
1992 - 1997      Editor of Korunk (the oldest Hungarian monthly cultural magazine).
1993                Study abroad of Bali theatre in Bali, Indonesia.
