LÓRÁND VÁTA WINS THE UNITER AWARD FOR BEST ACTOR IN A LEADING ROLE

On the evening of Monday, July 4, at the 30th UNITER Gala held in Bistriţa, Lóránd Váta won the award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his portrayal of Lopahin in The Cherry Orchard directed by Yuri Kordonsky. The most prestigious awards in Romanian theatre are awarded for the outstanding theatrical achievements of the previous year.

In 2022, the jury for the UNITER Awards consisted of actor Mihai Constantin, theatre critic Doru Mareș, set designer Viorica Petrovici, actress Tania Popa, and director Theodor Cristian Popescu.
