Information regarding the tickets purchased for postponed performances in 2020

All the 2020 performances that were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic will be rescheduled in 2021 - health restrictions permitting!

If you have bought a ticket for one of the cancelled performances at the theatre’s ticket office and have not yet redeemed it:

  • you can use your ticket for the rescheduled performance;
  • if the date of the rescheduled performance is inconvenient, you may request a new ticket for a subsequent performance at the theatre’s ticket office, by presenting your purchased, unused ticket;
  • you can redeem your ticket at the theatre’s ticket office by December 18, 2020, after which we will not be able to refund the price of your purchased tickets.

If you have purchased a ticket online on Biletmaster for one of the cancelled performances, and have not yet redeemed it:

  • you can use your ticket for the rescheduled performance;
  • if the date of the rescheduled performance is inconvenient, you may request a new ticket for a subsequent performance by logging in to your Biletmaster user account no later than 24 hours before the start of the performance;
  • your request for a full refund must be submitted until December 18, 2020, by sending an e-mail to biletmaster@eventim.ro. After that date, the price of your tickets purchased online cannot be refunded.
