The production was directed by Andrei and Andreea Grosu, while its cast includes Ofelia Popii, alongside Marius Turdeanu, Cezara Crețu and Horia Fedorca. The performance is part of the “Manifest for Dialogue” tour, supported by BRD - Groupe Société Générale. The tour takes place between February 16 and March 8, and includes stops in the following cities: Târgu Jiu, Bucharest, Brăila, Galați, Târgu Mureş, Cluj and Sibiu.

"Directed by Andrei and Andreea Grosu, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? it is an absolute show, with simple solutions, without unnecessary heft, built in great detail around the actors’ performances. The emotion and the dense atmosphere created on stage is the result of talent and professionalism, on an avenue named “Quality”. When a valuable text meets the right creative team that lends it the proper stage expression, it transforms into memento to be kept in the box of colorful joy.” - wrote Alina Epîngeac, in Amfiteatru magazine.

Who is afraid of family relationships?
Who is afraid of marital relationships?

Who's afraid of women and men who are much too tired of life?

Who's afraid of superficial niceties?

Who is afraid of sincerity?

Who's afraid of "innocent" games?

Who's afraid of Martha and George? Or their guests, Nick and Honey, who have no idea of the evening that awaits them? Who's afraid of mothers and father? Or absent sons? Of nocturnal  encounters basted in alcohol? Or the incisive lines that cut "to the bone"?

The "Manifest for Dialogue" national tour is a project implemented by the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu, in partnership with the Sibiu International Theatre Festival and the Theatre Arts Department of Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, with the support of BRD - Groupe Société Générale. 2020 is the fifth year of the national tour. The previous editions of the tour were organized around the followng productions: "Antisocial", directed by Bogdan Georgescu (2015), "#minor", directed by Bogdan Georgescu (2016), "Families", directed by Eugen Jebeleanu (2017), and "Perfect compus", directed by Alexandra Badea (2019).
