The audience of the Sfântu Gheorghe festival will be able to enjoy the Hungarian Theatre of Cluj’s production of Concord Floral, directed by Ference Sinkó, on Sunday, September 22 at 11 am and 3 pm, respectively. The performances will take place in the Studio Hall of the Ansamblul “Trei Scaune” – Háromszék”, and is played by 9th, 10th and 11th graders. The production a project initiated by L’Union des Théâtres de l'Europe (UTE) and supported by the EU’s Creative Europe program, entitled Digital Natives.
For the seventh edition of the event, PulzArt states the following about the festival: “For almost seven years the pulzArt contemporary arts festival has covered a cultural gap in Sepsiszengyörgy’s life which is to promote new ways of thinking regarding art. What all participating artists have in common is the disregard for the boundaries of artistic genres as well as producing groundbreaking artworks. If you are interested in the innovative trends that international culture has to offer you can find them at pulzArt.”
“Concord Floral’s duration is merely one hour, yet it is so rich and abundant that it can recharge the viewer in spite of its seemingly light style, but before doing so, it kindly forces us to strip off our prejudices.” – writes theatre critic Bea Kovács.
